| I am currently a full-time Real Estate Salesperson in South Padre Island Texas and the surrounding area. A member of the Local Board and Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Licensed in the State of Texas since 1995 and have concentrated my efforts on providing a complete service to my clients. I currently own income generating properties in Texas and understand some of the problems associated with such investments. Participated in and managed 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Employed by Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Texas from 1984 to 1994 Obtained a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License in 1994 and worked with Century 21 Advantage where I attended and completed a number of training programs. Completed the Accredited Buyer Representation Accreditation course in 1999. Moved to Triliji Group in 2001, a Real Estate Agency concentrating on properties in the Baylor University Campus area. Permanently re-located to the Island and joined McInnis-Wagoner Real Estate, LLP in 2003. Now with Wagoner Real Estate, effective 1 January 2008!
