| I am available to answer your questions, research your interests and concerns about properties for sale on the Island and the South Padre Island Golf Club Community. Condos with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico are fantastic, imagine the sunrise from your balcony having that morning cup of coffee. Town homes or Single Family Homes are also available Gulf Front, some have private pools and direct access to the Beach from your patio! Interior South Padre Island properties range from homes and townhomes to multi-plexes with pools at much more reasonable cost to the consumer. Some are located on a Channel with common area boat slips. Remember that South Padre Island is only three blocks wide (or less, ha ha) so getting to the Beach or Bay is not a long walk by any means! Bay Front homes, townhomes and condos are also available often with docks and some with covered parking! The sunsets can be magnificent and the Friday night fireworks are always worth the time! The fishermen or women may wish to consider Bay or Channel front properties in Port Isabel, pricing is much better and a bit quieter environment in the peak tourist season. After all, you are just a causeway away from the beach. Properties in Laguna Vista or the more rural opportunities in the Bayview area offer more of a "small town" atmosphere to some properties with orchids and Resaca frontage. Last of all don't forget the South Padre Island Golf Club Community for everything from Bay or Channel front town homes, single family residences with private yards, condos (with under cover parking) and exterior maintenance free duplexes or four-plex structures with garages!
